How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1.You must send back and postmark your return package within 30 days from the purchase date. No returns made after this time frame will be accepted.

2.If you have already returned items from an order but would like to make returns for additional items , you must do so within 30 days from the purchase date.

These are the two methods:
  • You can pay request a return label , which will be deducted from your refund.
  • You can use your own shipping method at your own cost. Please note: we do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services to pick up packages.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1.You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.

2.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories. 

3.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
How will I get my refund?

1.Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. Refunds are made only to your original form of payment.

2.We will NOT be including the original shipping fee and shipping insurance because they are non-refundable.

3.During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

NOTE: You must contact Customer Service within 60 days from the purchase date if you have any issues with your return.
